By making a purchase from ClearLite.xyz, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
✔ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and tags).
✔ A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
✔ Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
⚠ Note: Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Approval & Instructions – Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Pack & Ship – Securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
4️⃣ Inspection & Processing – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund based on your original payment method:
✔ Credit/Debit Card Payments – Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
✔ PayPal or Other Payment Methods – Refunds will be processed through the respective platform and may take 3-7 business days.
💡 Important Notes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- If you receive a partial refund, this may be due to a restocking fee for opened or used items.
5. Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange or replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item after receiving the returned product.
